Анотація: (English) The author of this monograph has many years of positive experience in using in his innovative developments unique in their level, breadth of scientific coverage and depth of penetration into the features of interpretation in application to new smart technologies, methods and techniques for the complex solution of inventive problems in the works of a well-known specialist, designer, theorist and practitioner in the field of heuristics and brainstorming - Victoria Goldberg; This is especially important in situations that arise in the context of the selection and arrangement of production office and warehouse premises to meet the parameters and characteristics of smart production premises, as part of the startup ecosystem; To create such premises for startups, including in the field of startups developing new complex solutions to achieve an ideal end result, including for medical and pharmacological projects, Victoria Goldberg has created methods for the restoration and modification of special production facilities as a starting point for the consistent development of innovative projects.

Анотація: (English) Composite and complex technical and technological modules and innovative technical solutions are equivalent to integrative inventions. New opportunities in design and testing the performance of technical solutions are also added by elements of compositional design solutions and they become the main criteria for the tools and methodology of industrial design; The introduction of new technologies, the use of new materials, the replacement of traditionally accepted production methods with unusual ones, which help and are an indispensable condition for a technological leap or breakthrough, increasing production efficiency, is now commonly called an innovation process; This process in the conditions of different technical and technological cultures, in the conditions of different levels of starting positions for the beginning of the initiated process of innovation, can differ significantly, but the most urgent need for the beginning of such a process exists and this fact does not raise any doubts; And if at the beginning of this process the innovative breakthrough had a local significance and was observed in the field of high technologies, microelectronics and so-called nano-scale technologies, then today the innovative process is becoming more and more directed towards classical, basic technologies, energy, medicine, transport, that is, it covers all fundamental spheres of human activity.

Анотація: (English) Psychological barriers and compositional technical solutions – as an inevitable basic pushing basis for the creation of software products – equivalent to complex integrative inventions – become the main topic of brainstorming in the context of creating smart technologies; The emergence of information technologies and a sharp reduction in the time cycle intended for the development and transformation of an inventive idea into a truly necessary, marketable and marketable product, the complication of the technical and technological components of new products, causing a proportional increase in the cost of manufacturing prototypes of the invented product and their testing, force us to consider in a completely new way the possibility of creating technical solutions with auxiliary innovative functions. Now, if an inventor wants his innovative ideas to be used, he must be more versatile and must possess not only the technique of foresight, intuition and, to a certain extent, a developed imagination, but also be a practically multidisciplinary specialist, at least feeling and (better if) well understanding the commercial and consumer demands of the market, regardless of stereotypes and the psychological barriers associated with them.

Анотація: (English) Even the boldest and most seemingly brilliant commercial and technological idea requires deep professional evaluation before it can become the foundation of an innovative project. Organizational issues, in virtually any new project, inevitably involve additional systemic coordination of knowledge levels and the technical-technological preparedness of the project team members. As practice shows, even an ambiguous understanding of tasks and technical development requirements—caused by differing foundational knowledge and experience, as well as disparities in technical-technological culture among individuals from countries with uneven technological development—can significantly influence project outcomes. Therefore, in the early decision-making stages, a clear and feasible methodology for deep and multidisciplinary search across available information arrays is required. Typically, the search methodology—and most importantly, the methods of evaluating search results—demand much deeper knowledge in specific scientific and technical domains, and at the most advanced levels. Project partners who previously had experience in real invention practices can certainly utilize their accumulated patent search experience, but such experience quickly becomes outdated. Every new direction in technological advancement instantly demands an adequate response in assessing the novelty potentially embedded in a declared idea for a new product. To clearly formulate and assign tasks to the project team, it is necessary—considering the dynamics of the technology sector relevant to the new project—to develop a survey-based analytical matrix document. In this document, the primary search operations focus on analytically assessing distinctive features and positive effects precisely at the intersection of classical exact sciences.
